We Charge The Following Fees
- Our office charges according to the Rules as set out in terms of Rule 8bis, 9 & 10 of the Appellate Division Rules, Rule 48, 67, 68 & 70 of the High Court and Section 80 & 81 of the Magistrate’s Court Act and Rule 33, 34 & 35 of the Magistrate Court as well as Table A & B of If a Bill of Cost is to be opposed, we will charge 11% of the amount that is saved.
- If a Bill of Cost is to be settled, we will charge the prescribed fees, but no attendance fee will be charged unless the matter is settled 2 days before the taxation date, then attendance fees will be charged.
- In order for us to attend to an inspection, a fee of R750 per hour will be charged plus travelling disbursements if any.
