TARIFF STRUCTURE
NZN Attorneys Inc’s professional services are rendered and based upon an agreed attorney and client hourly rate. The rest of the items that may follow an instruction are determined and specified in Rule 70 of the High Court Rules. Among others, the importance, urgency and intricacy of the work are factors taken into account in determining the exact fee structure or hourly tariffs. On commercial matters, agreement can be reached on a varied fee structure, depending on the successful outcome of a transaction or otherwise.
Once we agree to accept an instruction NZN Attorneys Incorporated carries the risk and expenses related as determined by the individual instruction.

The Firm has the support of those who are at the bar (Advocates) who generally, provide support on an as and when required basis
